Top signup questions

Question 1 · Billing

Can I stop anytime?

Yes — month-to-month, no contract, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard with one click and you keep access through the end of your current 30-day billing cycle. The next morning the subscription flips to inactive and no further charges run.

Question 2 · Freshness

How fresh are the leads?

Two paths. Ad-hoc searches return leads in real time — typically under 60 seconds. Once you've saved an ICP, a nightly cron walks the prospectjet_leads table, filters status=‘new’ rows against your ICP criteria, and emails the survivors; every match flips the row to ‘delivered’ so you never see the same lead twice.

Question 3 · Deliverability

Will my emails land in spam?

Every outbound email first calls registerContact() on the email proxy, which elevates the recipient from the cold-outreach tier (2/day) to the known-contact tier (50/day). If a send ever hits a cold-outreach rate limit, the same send is retried once automatically — so leads-ready emails arrive from a warmed sender, not a cold blast.

Question 4 · ICP Matching

Which ICP fields actually drive matching?

The nightly matcher reads industry_keywords, target_roles, and geography from your icp_profiles row; free_text and company_size_band are captured at the profile level for dashboard transparency. Industry and role keywords are the strongest signals, geography narrows the pool, and company size is a soft preference. Updating your ICP re-prioritizes the next morning's digest.

Question 5 · Ownership

Who owns the leads you send me?

You do. Every delivered lead row is written to prospectjet_leads with customer_id and profile_id foreign keys — your account, your data. Export the full row set as CSV from your dashboard at any time, and the contact details (name, company, verified email, phone, LinkedIn) drop straight into your CRM.
